Assist Gas Nitrogen Generators
Liberty Systems manufactures nitrogen
generators for metal fabrication, particularly for nitrogen assist gas. Our systems are either membrane
or PSA (pressure swing adsorption), depending on your application.
Our Series M5 membrane based nitrogen generators
are a cost effective solution to micro bulk nitrogen. They have a small footprint and install quickly into your process piping systems. In most situations, an M5 can be on line and producing nitrogen in less than a day. M5 nitrogen generators are best utilized in applications where metal thickness does not exceed 1/4". The smallest of the M5 series generators will produce 540,000 cubic feet of nitrogen per month at 99.5% purity. Our largest will produce 3000 scfh at 99.5%.
Series P7 pressure swing adsorption systems are capable of 325 psig delivery pressure. They are engineered for applications cutting material 1/4" and thicker. They include a Kaeser variable frequency drive compressor. P7's generate purities up to 99.999%. Installation of a P7 nitrogen generation system eliminates your monthly liquid nitrogen expense, delivery costs, vaporizer and tank rental. In addition, it eliminates the burden of a gas supplier agreement.
Series P9 PSA assist gas generators deliver gas at 425 psig and are engineered for your application.
Our Series M1 and Series M3BP nitrogen generators include our proprietary pre filtration system engineered specifically for beam pathway purge applications. Our beam purge generators reduce CO2 by 90% and deliver low methane concentrations. Beam pathway purge continuously consumes nitrogen and can account for as much as 30% of your liquid nitrogen expense. Installing a M1 or M3BP will drastically reduce your operating costs.
M1 and M3BP are a great source of plasma sheilding gas. Llow product dew point (-80F) and our proprietary pre filtration system, we can help keep your consumables expense down. We have many core systems available or we will work with you
